The Administration of the College of Benin, UNIBEN, says a complete of 385 college students bagged first-class honours within the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 mixed convocation of the College.

The Vice Chancellor of the College, Professor Lilian Salami disclosed this on Monday on the forty ninth/50 convocation and 54th Founders’ day media briefing in Benin Metropolis.
Salami additionally disclosed {that a} whole of 20,630 college students would bag first levels, Postgraduate Diplomas, Masters and PhDs on the mixed convocation ceremonies.
She gave the breakdown of the graduands as 10,609 for 2021/2022 tutorial session and 10,021 for 2022/2023 tutorial session.
She stated the award of first and better levels are scheduled between November 22 and November 23, 2024.
Salam additionally introduced conferment of Professors Emeritus on seven distinguished teachers as nicely on the college’s honourary levels on three Nigerian personalities.
