A bunch of ladies, disturbed by the worsening safety scenario within the Akoko space of Ondo State, have staged a peaceable protest, with a few of them partially dressed, to sentence violent killings by suspected herdsmen.
The ladies, largely aged, marched by means of the streets to precise their misery over the frequent killings, kidnapping and destruction of their farmlands.
It was gathered that the protest came about shortly after a farmer, Sunday Ayeni, was brutally murdered on his land following a disagreement with herdsmen.
