Newly elected chairmen within the October 19 council election in Kaduna State have acquired their Certificates of Return from the Kaduna State Unbiased Electoral Fee, KAD-SIECOM.
Hajiya Hajara Mohammed, KAD-SIECOM Chairman, throughout the presentation of the certificates in Kaduna, defined that the election was carried out throughout the state in accordance with the Kaduna State Electoral Legislation 2024.
The chairman mentioned that it was the sixth time the Fee had carried out elections since its institution in 2000, including that it was the primary time elected council members would hand over to an elected council, making the occasion historic.
