Worshippers of African Conventional Faith underneath the umbrella of the Affiliation of African Custom Faith Practitioners of Nigeria (AATREN) have referred to as on the Nigerian Authorities to incorporate African Conventional Spiritual Research within the faculty curriculum.

He urged President Bola Tinubu and the Nationwide Meeting to recognise twentieth August as a nationwide vacation for conventional worshipers.
The AATREN President additionally proposed the institution of a Nationwide Conventional Faith Fee akin to the Hajj Fee and the Christian Pilgrims Fee.

Elegushi praised the South West governors for declaring twentieth August as a public vacation to rejoice Isese Day, commending the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and different regional leaders for his or her assist.
