The President of the Republic and Chancellor of the College of Seychelles (UniSey), Mr. Wavel Ramkalawan, presided over the thirteenth Commencement Ceremony, the place 90 college students had been awarded their certificates, diplomas, and levels at each undergraduate and postgraduate ranges.
