Former Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi, has devoted an award to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barr. Nyesom Wike, for guaranteeing the completion of the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Rivers State College (RSU) throughout his tenure as governor.
