Well-known Nigerian musicians, Wizkid and Davido have been introduced among the many winners of the 2025 NAACP Picture Awards.
The winners of the 56th version of the award have been introduced on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Wizkid on Wednesday gained the ‘Excellent Duo, Group or Collaboration’ class for his collaborative music with Brent Faiyaz.
This yr’s award is Wizkid’s sixth NAACP Picture win, making him the Nigerian most awarded artiste.
Alternatively, Davido gained an award for ‘Excellent Worldwide Tune’ following his collaboration with Chris Brown.

The award is organized by the Nationwide Affiliation for the Development of Coloured Individuals, NAACP, to acknowledge excellent achievements within the arts and media.
