The Supreme Courtroom has put aside the judgment of the Courtroom of Attraction in Abuja recognising Julius Abure because the Nationwide Chairman of the Labour Celebration, LP.
In a unanimous judgment on Friday, a five-member panel of the apex court docket held that the Courtroom of Attraction lacked the jurisdiction to have pronounced Abure Nationwide Chairman of the LP having earlier discovered that the substance of the case was in regards to the celebration’s management.
