The Nigeria Centre for Illness Management and Prevention (NCDC) has mentioned that 7,663 suspected instances of cholera and 216 deaths have been recorded throughout the nation for the reason that starting of 2024.

The report additional revealed that 15 LGAs account for 57 per cent of all instances, with Lagos Island LGA contributing the best, eight per cent.
