The Impartial Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC) has declared Senator Monday Okpebholo, APC candidate, because the winner of the 2024 Edo State Governorship election.
INEC declared Okpebholo the winner on Sunday for the election held on Saturday, twenty first September 2024.
In line with the outcomes introduced by the INEC, Okpebholo polled a complete of 291,667 votes to defeat his closest rival, Asue Ighodalo, PDP candidate, who polled a complete 247,274 votes.
In the meantime, Olumide Akpata Esq., of the Labour Occasion, got here third after polling a paltry 22,763 votes.
