The Benue Authorities says it isn’t conscious of the alleged relocation of the state native authorities election petitions tribunals to Abuja.
Fidelis Mnyim, the Lawyer Normal (A-G) and Commissioner for Justice and Public Order, acknowledged this in an interview with the Information Company of Nigeria on Thursday in Makurdi.
Mr Mnyim mentioned that they woke with the rumours that the tribunals have been relocated to Abuja.

“Even my workplace was not knowledgeable. We went to the courtroom and found that no person was there.
“Other than being the A-G of the state, I’m the counsel to the Benue State Unbiased Electoral Fee (BSIEC), in order a respondent, we retain the best to be told of any choice of such nature,” he mentioned.
In the meantime, Governor Hyacinth Alia had on Tuesday banned protests and different actions inside courtroom premises with fast impact.
