Gov. Mai Mala Buni of Yobe has offered tuition charges and laptops to 127 regulation graduates from the state who gained admission into the Nigeria Legislation Faculty.
Talking on the presentation in Damaturu on Tuesday, Buni stated every beneficiary acquired N475,000 as tuition price alongside a laptop computer to assist their research.
“I’m glad to state that our authorities has been constant in sponsoring college students to pursue schooling each at residence and overseas, with over 38,000 benefiting from the state scholarship scheme below this administration,” he stated.

The governor stated that the gesture marked the fourth consecutive time his administration was sponsoring regulation graduates to the Nigeria Legislation Faculty.
Buni stated 140 out of 189 medical and allied graduates who studied in Indian universities below the state’s sponsorship had been employed, including that the remaining 49 can be absorbed quickly.
He reiterated his administration’s dedication to prioritizing schooling and supporting all residents of the state to pursue studying at each degree.
“Equally, this administration would proceed to help the pursuance {of professional} certificates on the Nigeria Legislation Faculty to qualify our regulation graduates to apply as attorneys; accountants to acquire skilled certificates at ANAN or ICAN; and for directors at ASCON,” the governor stated.

Buni charged the beneficiaries to be law-abiding and uphold the picture of the state throughout their keep on the Legislation Faculty.
“You need to abide by the principles and laws of the establishment and keep away from points which are detrimental to your research.
“You need to stay good ambassadors of the state to make us proud,” he added.
