By Gowon AkpodonorThe Confederation of Africa Athletics (CAA) has appointed former Technical Director of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN), Navy Commodore Omatseye Nesiama (Retd), as one of many referees for the third Africa U-18- U20 Mixed Championships holding in Oran, Algeria from July 14 to 18. The Director Normal of the CAA, Mr Lamine Faty, mentioned in an announcement yesterday that Nesiama, who’s at the moment representing the Coaches and Technical officers on the board of the AFN, is amongst these picked for the occasion in Algeria. Talking with The Guardian, yesterday, Nesiama mentioned: “I’m honored to be so recognised by the CAA and WA by way of their quite a few invites to serve.
