ABUJA – The Director Common of NESREA, Dr Harmless Barikor says the Company will be certain that the atmosphere is given due consideration within the deployment of telecommunications infrastructure within the nation and such installations should adjust to extant environmental laws.
Dr Barikor made the revelation when he obtained two European corporations in his workplace for a briefing on the European Union-funded challenge in Nigeria titled “EU Help to Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economic system for Research in Help of 90,000 km Fibre Optic Community and Improved Digital Literacy in Nigeria.”
The NESREA DG said that the environmental implications of such deployment can be considered and due diligence carried out earlier than the graduation of the challenge.
