The Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee (EFCC), on Friday, withdrew the arrest warrant towards the previous supervisor of gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, Ezekiel Onyedikachi, popularly known as Eezee Tee.
LEADERSHIP remembers that Justice Alexander Owoeye had earlier issued a bench warrant towards the music producer final week following an ex parte order filed by the EFCC.
The fee, nevertheless, requested the courtroom to withdraw the warrant in a request by its lawyer, Bilikisu Buhari.
Mercy Chinwo had accused Eezee Tee of diverting $345,000 in royalties from her digital platforms and occasions.

EeZee Tee, whereas reacting to the allegations by Chinwo in an Instagram submit, accused the gospel singer of being ungrateful, stating that she breached their contract.
