Gov. Babagana Zulum of Borno on Sunday offered the employees of workplace to the Shehu of Dikwa, Ibrahim El-Kanemi, at a ceremony in Dikwa city.
Ibrahim Ibn Umar El-Kanemi emerged because the thirteenth Shehu of Dikwa following the demise of the late monarch, Mohammed Ibn Shehu Masta II who died in 2017.
