Kano State Unbiased Electoral Fee (KANSIEC) has issued certificates of return to the newly elected chairmen of 44 native authorities areas within the state.
The issuance of the certificates comes lower than 24 hours after the conclusion of the council election held throughout the 484 political wards on Saturday.
