The Nigerian Communications Fee (NCC) on Wednesday introduced September 14, 2024 as the ultimate deadline for linking Nationwide Identification Numbers (NINs) to Subscriber Identification Modules (SIMs).
NCC’s Director of Public Affairs, Reuben Muoka, in an announcement, mentioned the fee expects that no SIM working in Nigeria will likely be with out a legitimate NIN from September 15, 2024.
