Jibril Falalu, a middle-aged man from Katsina State in Northwest Nigeria, has confessed to orchestrating his personal mom’s kidnapping with the assistance of bandits.
The motive is to gather an undisclosed ransom. Falalu instructed the bandits to kidnap his mom, however fortuitously, she was rescued only a day later.
The incident occurred in Tsa/Magam group within the Kankia Native Authorities Space of the state.
A resident of the realm, Salisu Bamle Bakatsine, on Friday, stated Falalu was arrested on Thursday by officers of Katsina Neighborhood Watch (KCW).
Bakatsine additionally posted on his X account, a video of the confessional assertion made by Falalu when he was being interrogated by KWC officers.
Within the video, Falalu is heard saying, “I organized for the kidnapping of my mom. We labored on it along with one Nakande and one different; we have been three all collectively,” he added.
