The Ogun State Authorities has authorized the reconstruction of 11 roads throughout the three senatorial districts.
The approval, in an announcement on Sunday, was a part of the result of the State Government Council assembly held over the weekend, presided over by Governor Dapo Abiodun.
Notable among the many roads is the Akute Bridge to Agbado (Lateef Jakande) Prepare Terminal/Move/Agbado Bridge, with a size of 9.2 km.

Others are Abeokuta Obalende-Ijebu Ode (2.75 km); Osinubi New Highway (Araromi Avenue) Ijebu Ode (1.1 km); Tam Balogun, Ijebu Ode (0.85 km); Federal Faculty Highway, Odogbolu (2.93 km); Normal Hospital-Aferiku, Ipokia (2.8 km); and Oke Erinja to Erinja to Ilobi Highway, Part 2 (1.7 km).
Abiodun, on the commissioning of the three.12 km Oke Erinja to Erinja Highway on Tuesday, had promised to increase the highway reconstruction to Ilobi.
The governor mentioned, “The Ilobi and Oke-Erinja areas are amongst our meals baskets within the state, and as we speak we now have prioritized the development of their roads.
“It was not intentional to cease the highway at Oke-Erinja. I’ve heard many instances that the Erinja and Ilobi persons are like Siamese twins, and I can’t separate them.
