- Ensures all payroll related transactions are collected and processed effectively and procure approval
- Ensures payroll knowledge are maintained and up to date from attendance machine and course of for payroll info
- Sustaining payroll operations by following insurance policies and procedures
- Preserve staff associated ledger reconciliation with finance group and take needed adjustment for correction
- Compile summaries of earnings & deductions (Taxes, Pension, NHF, Mortgage, Depart, Gratuity and many others.) and all statutory schedules/remittances for report and guarantee fee accordingly
- Decide payroll liabilities by forecasting to mitigate the affect on P&L ledger and employees compensation funds with Finance division.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and ensures all staff have entry to their pay-slips

Necessities
