There have been stories that Mr Igboayaka was kidnapped by gunmen at about 7 p.m. on Saturday in Owerri, Imo State capital.
In an announcement on Sunday, the President of the Igbo Nationwide Council (INC), Chilos Godsent, introduced the Ohanaeze Youth chief was kidnapped by gunmen.
