Well-known On-Air Character, Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, professionally referred to as Do2dtun, has exited radio after 20 years.
He introduced his exit in a now-trending put up on his Instagram web page.
He wrote: “20 years on radio, it’s time to say goodbye. It’s time to go away what I beloved and would all the time love.”
Reflecting on his journey in an Instagram put up shared by Cool FM radio on Friday, Do2dtun narrated how he started as an intern underneath the tutelage of radio greats like Daddy Freeze, the late Dan Foster, and Olisa Adibua, finally changing into a family title.
“This should be one of many hardest selections I’ve made. I’m fulfilled in my coronary heart that I constructed a legacy. Oh, my candy dwelling @coolfmlagos accepted me on Nov 1st, 2004, as an intern—dusty, unprepared, and understanding nothing about radio.”
