The Petroleum Know-how Growth Fund (PTDF) has introduced its partnership with the College of Portsmouth, United Kingdom (UK), in a bid to spice up Nigeria’s vitality sector.
The PTDF, saying the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Partnership Settlement with the College of Portsmouth in an announcement on Wednesday, mentioned it has achieved one other milestone in its mission to revolutionize capability constructing in Nigeria’s vitality sector.
