Merchants on the Aleshinloye Market in Ibadan have expressed displeasure over the dearth of a purposeful fireplace station on the market of about 2,000 retailers.
The merchants expressed their discontentment whereas talking with the Information Company of Nigeria (NAN) in Ibadan on Wednesday following Tuesday’s fireplace incident.

The affected merchants, largely sellers in plastic supplies, attributed the huge destruction to the dearth of a purposeful fireplace station throughout the market premises.
A dealer, Mr Lukman Balogun, alleged that the workplace of the Oyo State Hearth Service throughout the market was now being utilized by the merchants to retailer their wares.
