The Minister of Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, has authorised revocation of 4,794 land titles over non-payment of floor lease for greater than 10 years.
Lere Olayinka Senior Particular Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to the minister introduced the revocation at a information convention in Abuja on Monday.

Mr Olayinka recalled that the FCTA made quite a few publications in nationwide newspapers and bulletins on broadcast media since 2023, calling on defaulters to pay up all excellent payments and floor rents.

Mr Nwankwoeze stated that the FCTA can be sending revocation notices to the affected allottees in section one districts from Cadastral Zone A01 to A09, affecting non-public corporations, people, together with authorities organisation.
